Tensant Securities is carrying out an internal upgrade and does not currently conduct any business; no date has been set for resumption. To avoid any misunderstanding, please note:
- We do not currently conduct business in any place outside Hong Kong (including Mainland China). We have no branches, and we have not arranged any staff or sales personnel to conduct business outside Hong Kong.
- We have not developed and do not operate any app or trading platform, and we do not introduce investment schemes or account opening to the public by telephone. Anyone promoting investments, apps or account opening to you in our name is not authorised by us.
- Since 26 September 2025 we have not signed any investment, account-opening or trading agreement with any investor. If anyone approaches you or provides documents in our name, please do not transfer money or give out personal information, and verify with us first.
- Our licence details can be checked on the Securities and Futures Commission's Public Register of Licensed Persons and Registered Institutions under CE No. AKO804; finding our licence details does not mean that any person or document contacting you in our name is connected with us.
We do not currently provide the products and services described on other pages of this website. Where any other content on this website differs from this notice, this notice prevails.
